The MAA seeks applications and nominations for the position of Director of the William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition (the Putnam), widely regarded as the premier undergraduate mathematics competition in North America. Responsibilities include directing the Putnam Problems Committee, coordinating the development of the exam and solutions, planning and overseeing scoring, communicating with local supervisors, and helping promote the Competition within the mathematical community.
