Is there a fee to attend?

Virtual Programs are always free for MAA members. Programs not supported by an outside funding source may charge a small fee.

Will programs be recorded? What is the recording policy?

Many of our virtual programs are recorded, but recording decisions are made on a case-by-case basis by event organizers and staff. If a program is being recorded, this will be noted in the event introduction. Recordings, when available, will be emailed to all registrants and attendees. To access a recording, you must be registered for the event.

What is the code of conduct for virtual programs?

All participants and presenters are expected to follow MAA’s welcoming environment and code of ethics policy while attending the virtual programs. Details on this can be found here.
