Algebra for Applications

The main changes made for this second edition are the addition of several sections that provide links to material covered in other chapters and thus add to the text's overall cohesion. In particular, sections on cryptographic applications of secret sharing, permutation polynomials, and Huffman's code have been added. Also, perhaps in response to the complaints of the reviewer of the first edition, an index has been added.
