Funding Opportunities

While the MAA is not a grant-making organization, we administer a variety of programs funded by public and private sources that provide funding to support activities that help advance the Association's goals. Some of these programs are ongoing, while some may only be funded for a few years.

The MAA and the mathematical sciences community at large depend on many sources for maintaining a broad and vibrant range of activities. Ideas for new programs and potential initiatives, including sources to obtain funding, are welcome and should be directed to the appropriate MAA Committee. Alternatively, concepts or draft proposals can be directed to any officer of the MAA or Michael Pearson, Executive Director.
