Dover continues to do a great job in bringing back good mathematics books that have gone out of print. Stephen Fisher's "second course in complex analysis" was originally published by Wiley in 1983. The Telegraphic Review, in the November 1983 issue of the American Mathematical Monthly, described the book as follows:
