MAA MathFest 2016 Currently Listed Sponsorships

MAA MathFest is the most comprehensive and one of the largest mathematical events in the country. Mathematical professionals, from across the U.S., attend for three and a half days of networking and learning. This is your greatest opportunity to gain company exposure and name recognition. All sponsorships include:

  • (1) 10' x 10' booth with 6' skirted table, two chairs, and wastebasket
  • Listing on MAA's website with a link to your company's website and a description of your company (600 characters max)
  • (10) exhibitor badges
  • (1) 7" x 44" company identification sign
  • (1) full-page, full-color advertisement in the MAA MathFest Program (sent to meetings@maa.org by Friday, June 24, 2016)

Exclusive MAA Invited Addresses Underwriter
$50,000
Set the stage for your product or service as an organization by supporting our Invited Addresses. Our speakers will motivate and energize the conference. Attendees will remember how your organization supports their work in the field of Mathematics. Your company will be able to provide brochures to attendees at all MAA Invited Address. Your company logo will be displayed in the program agenda (in print and online) and displayed prominently within the Invited Address meeting rooms. Included with this premier sponsorship is also a one full-page ad in MAA's Focus Newsmagazine, which circulates to full MAA membership (Focus ad must be reserved by April 9, with material due by April 23).

 

Commercial Presentation

Share your message via a 90-minute speaking session! Now you can sponsor a commercial presentation with your target audience. Whether you are demonstrating a new product or would like to present a case study, you’ll have exclusive use of this meeting space for a 90 minute session on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Rooms will be set in theater for 50.

 

Meeting Tote Bags - SOLD

A conference tote bag is presented to each MAA MathFest attendee at registration. Attendees organize their materials during the conference in these attractive, convenient and professional tote bags that will endure long after the meeting—providing your company maximum marketing impact. Your company’s one-color logo is printed on all tote bags alongside the MAA MathFest 2016 logo.

 

Coffee Break

Seize an opportunity to greet MathFest attendees one-on-one and spread the word about your company. Coffee breaks are offered Saturday morning and in both the morning and afternoon on Thursday and Friday at two locations in the exhibit hall. Sponsors may distribute non-sponsored items such as coffee mugs and water bottles, etc. In addition, your company’s representatives may meet attendees as they come for refreshments. Your company name will be placed on all coffee break signage. Sponsorship covers one coffee break with a maximum of five available.

 

Conference Program

The MAA MathFest Program provides all pertinent conference information for attendees including session information, exhibit hall activities, floor plans, and more. Let attendees know where your booth is located at the mathematical industry event of the year. Create the impact for your advertising with this special opportunity. Sponsorship includes your full-page 4-color ad on the back cover of the MathFest Conference Program.

 

Conference Wireless Internet

Be the exclusive sponsor of the wireless network that allows over two thousand conference attendees to “Stay Connected” at MAA MathFest.

 

Name Badge Lanyards
$6,000
Have conference attendees wear your name! Badge lanyards are inserted in each registration bag, which are distributed to each conference attendee. As a sponsor, your company name or logo will be imprinted on each side of the lanyard along with the MAA logo.

 

Hotel Key Cards
$5,000
Room key cards are given to each attendee upon check-in at official conference hotels. As a sponsor, your company name and/or logo will be imprinted on the key card along with the MAA logo.

 

Conference Notepads - SOLD

Writing paper is in short supply when attendees want to take notes in sessions. You’ll be remembered for meeting that need when you sponsor a note pad carrying your logo and the MAA MathFest logo. Each attendee receives the note pad in their conference tote bag.
 
 
Conference Pens - SOLD

Pens are inserted into each conference registration bag. As a sponsor, your company name or logo will be imprinted on the barrel of each pen along with the MAA logo. This is a guaranteed way to get your name in front of every attendee as they pick up their registration materials.

 

Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Kick off the conference with a bang by sponsoring the opening celebration in the exhibit hall. More than 1,800 attendees will enjoy hours of networking, food and beverages. As a sponsor, you’ll have a chance to meet and greet attendees in a casual setting. This is the only dedicated time in the exhibit hall and a not to be missed opportunity!

 

Charging Station - (3 Available)

Everyone knows the angst of a dying cell-phone battery, so keep everyone juiced up and in touch! Place your name and logo on the cell phone charging station. The charging station will be strategically located in high traffic areas of the Hyatt Regency Columbus, the largest session room, and exhibit hall.

 

Closing Banquet

Take advantage of the opportunity to meet and greet MAA MathFest participants. During this closing event your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the entrance unit into the exhibit hall, in the ballroom for the event and your company’s literature will be placed at the seat of each attendee.

 

Poster Session

Be part of the busiest traffic area in Columbus! Poster sessions are a highlight of every meeting and draw large numbers of attendees on Friday, August 5th. Sponsor logo will be prominently displayed on the Poster Session area inside of the exhibit hall.

 

Conference Directional Signage

Help attendees get to where they want to go and let them know your company helped get them there. The boards display to attendees where sessions are and how to get there! Attendees see the displays as they walk around the Hyatt Regency Columbus and the Columbus Convention Center. Sponsor logo will be prominently displayed on the Conference at a Glance Board.

 

Daily Raffle Drawing Sponsor - (3 Available)

Participate in the daily closing of the expo hall by being a grand prize drawing sponsor! The Daily Raffle Drawing is a fantastic way to gather leads on a large scale while generating increased booth traffic! The raffle donors and the prizes will be included on the MAA MathFest website and in the conference program. (Donation of item value at $250 or more)

 

Registration Panels

First impressions are lasting and your company name and logo will be the one that attendees see as they approach the registration counter in this high-traffic area. The registration area becomes your opportunity to brand your company and booth number to all attendees. Sponsorship of the Registration Kick Panels means your logo and booth number will appear on all registration kick panels located along the front of the registration kiosk.

 

Standing Signs - (10 Max)

Your company’s advertisement, message, logo, and booth number are prominently displayed on freestanding, double-sided Standing Signs placed in high-traffic areas throughout the Hyatt and the Columbus Convention Center. Each sign measures 8’ high and 3’ wide.
